Q: WHAT IF MY MERCHANDISE IS DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?
A: We apologize and we take matters like these very seriously. Please contact us directly at HOLA AMOR Customer Service and let us know so we can resolve these matters in a timely manner or if any of your items are anything less than perfect. You can either bring your item to your local Hola Amor store or send it back to us.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
A: At HOLA AMOR, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase when it is presented in sale-able condition. Simply follow the guidelines below:

  • Returns are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days with a receipt. If you don’t have a receipt and we can’t look-up your transaction, you’ll receive store credit for the lowest selling price.
  • Full-priced merchandise, with the exception of furs, watches and jewelry, received after 30 days will be credited based on the current selling price. Returns of furs, watches and jewelry items will not be accepted after 30 days. All other merchandise can be returned up to one year after purchase.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot exchange, replace or credit gourmet, monogrammed or personalized items.
  • We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers.

Q: HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
A: You can either bring your item to your local HOLA AMOR  store or send it back to us. To return through the mail, you can start your return directly from your Hola Amor.com account order history or by entering your order number and billing zip code on our returns website. You can find your order number in the top right corner of your packing slip or in the subject line of your shipping confirmation email.

Q: HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN MY ITEM THROUGH HOLAAMOR.COM?
A: $9.95, which covers shipping and insurance.

Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY RETURN TO BE RECEIVED AND A CREDIT ISSUED?
A: Returns can take up to 3 weeks to be processed and refunded. Please be advised this time-frame can take longer during the holiday season. If a purchase was made on or after 2/15, customers will be able to return to stores for 30 days after stores reopen.
