1.    Returns

  1. We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases wherein the product is out of stock or appears to be faulty.
  2. Refunds will be issued to the same transaction methods that was used for the original purchase.
  3. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes.
  4. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
  5. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
  6. The product must include the original tags, flyers, freebies and accessories, along with the purchase invoice
  7. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box.

2.    Exchange

  1. Product (s) can be exchanged within the 5 days from the date of purchase.
  2. The product must be unused with all labels/tags attached along with the purchase invoice.
  3. Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged.
  4. Please Note that due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
  5. We will only exchange or refund any product(s), if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect.
  6. Contact our customer service center by emailing us images of defected product at customercare@holaamor.organd calling us at 042-3587777 within 5 days of purchase. After our team reviews the product, you will be offered an exchange with same price value product

3.    Order Cancellation

  1. You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed.
  2. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via sms/email/call, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information.
  3. Once a product is shipped, the 'Return and Exchange Policy' will apply.
  4. Hola Amor may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: The item is out of stock, pricing errors, transaction errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.

4.    Shipping and Handling

 

4.1  Local Orders

  1. Free shipping on all orders above PKR 2000. Upon placing an order, you will receive a verification call and/or SMS from our Customer Service Specialist to ensure order accuracy. Once your order has been confirmed, it will be sent to our warehouse for shipment.
  2. Please note, credit card payment processing can take up to 3 business days, depending on the accuracy of the information provided.
  3. If the item(s) in “Cash on Delivery” order are out of stock in our warehouse, then we will only ship the available article (s) or we will take your advice for the replacement product (s).
  4. You will be informed via phone and email in case a shipment is delayed due to any given reason. Your order should be delivered within 2- 4 business days via Trax Logistics.
  5. Please do not accept the shipment (s) in any flyer/box/packing/invoice other than Hola Amor.

 

4.2  International Orders

  1. International shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and the weight of your shipment. Also, please ensure to check the DUTY charges (if any) of your shipment as the duty charges will be payable to the courier company at the time of the delivery.
  2. Estimate your shipping and duty charges by simply adding items to the shopping cart. Your order is reviewed to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Once your order has been approved and authorized by credit card processors, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment.
  3. Please note, credit card processing can take up to 3 business days depending on the accuracy of the information given to us by you. If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, they will be shipped as soon as possible from our warehouse.
  4. Once you get your order confirmation email, you can track your order from www.dhl.com. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, then we will take your advice for the replacement product (s).
  5. You will be informed via email in case the shipments gets delayed due to any given reason.
  6. Delivery time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, custom delays and the transit time from DHL. Estimated delivery time ranges from 2-4 working days for in-stock items. Please note that customs duties and clearance charges must be fulfilled by the customer.
  7. Please do not accept the shipment (s) in any flyer/box/packing/invoice other than Hola Amor.
